Warranty Policy

Coverage:
Off-Camber 4x4 Garage LLC ("the Company") is committed to providing high-quality auto repair services. We stand behind the work performed by our skilled technicians and offer the following warranty coverage for the repairs conducted on your vehicle. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the specific repairs performed by our technicians.

Duration:
The warranty period begins on the date of completion of the repairs and extends for a duration of 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Coverage Details:
1. The Company will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective parts or rectify any workmanship issues covered by this warranty at no additional cost to the customer.
2. This warranty is valid only for the specific repairs indicated on the original invoice and performed by the Company's technicians.
3. The warranty does not cover repairs or replacements that result from misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.
4. Any warranty repairs must be carried out at Off-Camber 4x4 Garage or a facility approved by the Company. Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

Claims Process:
In the event of a potential warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Off-Camber 4x4 Garage at sales@offcamber4x4garage.com to schedule an inspection of the vehicle. Please provide the original repair invoice and a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing.

Our technicians will assess the vehicle and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If the issue is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, the Company will perform the necessary repairs or replacements free of charge.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Normal wear and tear of parts or components.
2. Damage caused by accidents, collisions, misuse, or negligence.
3. Repairs or replacements conducted by unauthorized service providers.
4. Any subsequent modifications or alterations to the vehicle not performed by the Company.

Limitation of Liability:
The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original repairs conducted by the Company. We shall not be held responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to towing, rental vehicles, or other expenses.

Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of the repair.

Disclaimer:
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the vehicle or the performance of repairs covered by this warranty.
By accepting the auto repair services provided by Off-Camber 4x4 Garage, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty policy.

Please retain a copy of this warranty policy and the original repair invoice for your records.
