• Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor at the time of payment

Like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information helps keep the site secure and working properly.

We may still contact you about an active job on your vehicle.

We do not sell or rent your phone number or email address, and we do not share them with others for their own marketing.

We share information only as needed to run the shop and serve you, including with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, online booking and forms, shop management software, text messaging, and payment processing
• Parts suppliers and manufacturers, when details like your vehicle information are needed to order parts or process a warranty claim
• Trusted service partners who help complete work on your vehicle

These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

Third-party links and embeds

Our website links to and may display content from other services, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and our online booking and form providers. When you use those services or click through to them, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for how other companies handle your information.

How we protect and keep information

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, and our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep customer and vehicle records for as long as needed to provide service, stand behind our work, handle warranty questions, and meet legal and tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

Accessing or deleting your information

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor requests as required by law, though we may need to keep certain records, such as invoices, for legal or accounting reasons. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
