Modified vehicles wear differently
A lift, a set of 35-inch tires, a steel bumper, and a winch change more than how a truck looks. Heavier, taller wheels ask more of the brakes every time you slow down. Armor and gear add weight the factory never planned for. Water crossings, dusty forest roads, and long climbs on gravel put fluids and seals through conditions a commuter car never sees.
That is why we treat maintenance as part of the build, not an afterthought. When your vehicle is in the bay for service, we look at it the way an off-road shop does — checking the parts that modifications and trail use stress first — and we tell you plainly what needs attention now and what can wait.

Mileage service for the way you drive
Most manufacturers publish two maintenance schedules: a normal one and a severe-service one. Towing, frequent dirt and gravel roads, dusty conditions, mountain driving, and off-road use usually put a vehicle on the severe schedule, which shortens the intervals for oil, fluids, and filters. Many trucks and 4x4s in Northern Colorado fit that description, even if they never see a hard trail.
We follow your manufacturer’s recommendations for scheduled service and combine it with an inspection of the parts modifications affect most — suspension and steering joints, CV boots, brake lines, and mounting hardware on aftermarket parts. If you are planning an upgrade, pairing it with scheduled maintenance saves you a second trip.

Call, text or message the shop with your vehicle and what you need. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 4:00, and early drop-off or late pickup can be arranged so the visit fits around your workday. When parts need to be ordered, most jobs typically get into the shop within about a week of the parts arriving. You drop the vehicle off once and pick it up with the work done.
Maintenance FAQ
Do you only service lifted or modified vehicles?
No. We service stock trucks, Jeeps and SUVs too. Our focus is 4x4s and trucks, and we bring the same attention to a stock daily driver that we give a full build.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes, for our menu services. Oil changes start at $109, gear service is $379, the Full Maintenance Package is $579 and a brake fluid flush is $129. Repairs like brakes, seals and bearings are quoted by vehicle before any work starts. The price we publish is the price on the invoice.
How often should I change the fluids in my differentials?
For any vehicle that goes off-road, we recommend gear service once a year, and most customers book it at the start or end of the season. On a truck that stays on pavement, follow the interval in your owner’s manual. See gear service for details.
What is the difference between an oil change and the Full Maintenance Package?
An oil change is oil, filter and a 4x4 inspection. The Full Maintenance Package adds both differentials, the transfer case, every grease point and a torque check on all suspension hardware in one visit, for $48 less than booking them separately.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All of our work is drop-off, and an appointment lets us have the right parts and fluids on hand. Call or text 970-509-5118. Early drop-off and late pickup can usually be arranged.
Is maintenance work covered by a warranty?
Our workmanship is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, and parts we supply carry their manufacturer’s warranty. Wear items like brake pads, rotors, filters and fluids are not covered unless they fail because of a workmanship error. See our limited warranty for the full terms.
Do you do electrical diagnosis or battery work?
No. Our maintenance work covers oil, gear and fluid service, brakes, seals, wheel bearings and scheduled mileage service. For electrical diagnosis, a shop that specializes in it is the right call.
