Ten to fifteen minutes from downtown
The shop sits at 7352 Greenridge Road, in the Larimer County corner of Windsor out by The Ranch. From Town Hall on Walnut Street it is roughly six miles: out 7th Street, over to New Liberty Road, then Steeplechase Drive and Highland Meadows Parkway. Coming from Windsor Lake or Boardwalk Park is about the same trip.
That short hop matters more than it sounds. Drop your truck on the way to work, catch a ride back into town, and swing by when it is ready — no burning a day off to drive across the Front Range for a leveling kit.
A town that straddles two counties
Windsor is one of the few places around here that sits in both Larimer and Weld counties, and your truck feels it. One errand is on smooth new pavement in a fresh subdivision; the next is a Weld County section-line road, part of the roughly two thousand miles of gravel the county maintains. Add the Poudre River running along the west and south edges of town and the steady growth out along the I-25 corridor, and a Windsor rig spends its week switching between highway speed, construction traffic, and washboard.
Then there is the sky. This corner of the plains sits in what forecasters call Hail Alley, and nobody who was here for the May 2008 tornado needs a reminder that Windsor weather does not play around.
Daily drivers first
Plenty of Windsor trucks commute before they wheel, so we build for highway manners and a comfortable ride, not just trail flex.
Gravel is a given
Rock chips, washboard, and dust come with county roads. The right tires and a little protection underneath pay for themselves.
Towing to the lake
Pulling a boat to Windsor Lake or a camper out of town? A level stance and a hitch-friendly setup keep the rig sitting flat under load.
The nearest real dirt
From Windsor, the closest mountain backroads start at Masonville — about 45 minutes west. That is the doorway to Buckhorn Road over Pennock Pass, a long gravel climb to just over 9,100 feet through the Cameron Peak burn scar, and to Moody Hill, a rocky Forest Service road off Buckhorn where lockers and good tires earn their keep. Head south instead and Big Thompson Canyon on US-34 runs up toward Drake and the Estes-area forest roads in under an hour.
Both are seasonal. Buckhorn is not plowed in winter, and Moody Hill closes from December into mid-June, so spring and fall are the windows most Windsor weekend warriors plan around.

Is Off-Camber actually in Windsor?
Yes. Our address is 7352 Greenridge Road, Unit C10, Windsor, CO 80550 — the part of town just east of I-25 near The Ranch, on the Larimer County side.
Is a lift legal on Colorado roads?
Colorado law regulates changes to a vehicle’s front and rear suspension from the manufacturer’s design (C.R.S. 42-4-233). We keep that in mind when we spec a lift, and build so your truck stays road-legal for the drive around town.
Leveling kit or lift for a truck that mostly stays in town?
For a daily driver that sees gravel and the occasional trail, a leveling kit and good all-terrains usually cover it. If you want a much bigger tire or plan to wheel seriously, a lift makes more sense. We will talk it through before you spend anything.

Great job repairing my rear tire mount.

Additionally, Off Camber’s shop not only provided the most reasonable price out of the four estimates I received, they were the ONLY shop that recommended a follow up inspection for the type of service I had done. They installed a leveling kit, control arms, rear shocks, dual exhaust system, and a trailer receiver along with including the complementary inspection at 500 miles to make sure everything was still tight.
I had some Rubicon takeoff springs installed on my Wrangler JL Sport 2 door. It was awesome to watch Zach work. He took time to torque everything properly and still completed the job in a very timely fashion. It was a great experience!
